What Does this semen Analysis Test Result Mean?

hi Doctor, I have sperm analysis as below: Age 32yrs Days of abstinence 4 volum: 3ml viscocity: little high liquification time: 30min pH: 7.2 total sperm count 21million/ml motile sperm count 14million/ml Motility 66% Active Motile 34% Non progressive 22% Non Motile 44% Agglutination: Little PUS Cells 10-11/HPF Doctor has advised first 15 days tab roxid 150mg 2 times a day, with 1 cobadex for 15 days. At that time she told everything will be fine. Now , without checking sperm count , she has advised to take other medicines Aziwok 500mg for 2 weeks(single tablet 3 days a week), and fertisure M, with cobadex. I dont know, what exactly is required. do i really need to take fertisure, lab tester told me you have sufficient motility, you might need not take fertisure M. Before 3 yrs also i got skin infection due to dosage given by doctor for malaria, but actually i was not having malariya. After that antibiotics was given to cure, and that lead to high skin infections all over body. After 1 years treatment one skin specialist has cured all those skin issues. but i dont know if i again take this antibiotics...i dont again go through same cycle. The doctor here is not listening to me carefully. she do not have time to listen to me. Can you please help me out.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
As per the semen analysis report you have enclosed, it states that your sperm count is less than normal alomg with some physical characteristics derangements and there is an indication of infection.
Hence the doctor has advised you to take antibiotics, as the infection could be the cause for it. After a course of antibiotics and multivitamin, it appears that the count has not improved satisfactorily.
Another type of antibiotic course has been prescribed because of that along with other medication like Fertisure M, which will help you to overcome infection as well as helping in sperm production.
Kindly take the medications as advised and do the necessary follow-up. You need to do semen analysis again to look for the improvement.
